Currently IT Manager at Lewis Silkin I started my career as a support analyst 16 years ago in Professional services. My responsibilities include overseeing service delivery and projects. I am a keen advocate of providing innovative technology and solutions and believe the traditional IT department is changing rapidly from “just keeping the lights on” to one which bridges the gap between technology and user based solutions. For the last two years I have been part of a project team which will see us move from desktop pc’s to laptops and a new cloud based DMS.
